Social Impact

Morland is a business with a social conscience.

We believe in giving back and inspiring the next generation every day.

Charity partnerships

Morland partners with The Game Change Project, a brilliant charity that helps young people build confidence through outdoor, skills-based learning.

From animal care and mechanics to conservation and construction, their programmes give young people real-world experience and a sense of purpose.

Our team is proud to play an active role by sharing skills, supporting them with finance, HR and IT advice, and volunteering alongside young people at events. Our Managing Director serves as a trustee, guiding the charity’s long-term growth.

Life changing support

To help keep these life-changing programmes going, Morland made significant donations in 2023, 2024 and 2025 to the Game Change Project – funds they’re free to use however they choose. We also offer ongoing support with IT, HR and finance.

We create opportunities to grow

Giving to good causes

At Morland, every team member has the opportunity to take a paid day’s leave each year to volunteer their time and make a difference through our Employee Charity Day initiative.

Whether it’s painting a community bandstand, building a school playhouse, or supporting local causes close to their hearts, our people use this time to give back in meaningful ways. It’s amazing what we can achieve when we come together.

Schools and Colleges

Young people are the future, and we’re proud to partner with schools to provide classroom materials and work experience, even spreading cheer at Christmas by giving presents to local high school students.

Through our Employer in Residence programme, we provide college students a real view into modern manufacturing, from lively college talks to hands-on factory visits.

Employment & Apprenticeships

As an important employer in the area, we have a lot to offer. That’s why we actively seek new talent at apprenticeship and job fairs and welcome job seekers, businesses, and employment agencies to our factory tours.

Over the last decade, we’ve developed our apprenticeship scheme, helping people of all ages progress their careers. We’re also proud to ‘grow our own’ by promoting and developing our people from within, supporting their career every step of the way.
